En Enero de 2019 adquirí el software WKO4 de la empresa Peaksware. Su caracteritsica principal es la sincronización directa con otro de su software, Training Peaks, el cual me permite analizar las sesiones de entrenamiento de mis atletas. En el presente mes de junio revocaron sin aviso la utilidad de sincronización entre sus aplicaciones y, por tanto su uso no es posible para el trabajo requerido. Por lo cual solicito devolución del importe efectuado. El desembolso del prgrama es lo suficientemente costoso como para que en menos de 18 meses sea inútil su uso. Ruego devolución del importa abonado, el programa no es útil y no habeis cumplido con vuestra parte del contrato.

Estimado Gabriel.No estoy de acuerdo en el desembolso que tendría que realizar para poder mantener la sincronización que habéis retirado en WKO4, ruego descuento de actualización mayor en compensación por la supresión de las utilidades del software ya adquirido. Saludos
