Refund request por enfermedad grave

Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque , a raíz de un infarto que sufrí en fecha 7 de Mayo de 2024 no pude disfrutar de los vuelos a Praga que tenia previsto efectuar. He abierto una solicitud en vuestra pagina web, cuya referencia se encuentra en el localizador, preguntando si la documentación enviada era suficiente o menos. Hasta el momento no he tenido respuesta de vuestra parte, por tanto SOLICITO que respondan a la mayor brevedad posible, informando si tuviera que aportar ulterior documentación o devolviendo los billetes en mi billetera. Evidentemente no nos hemos entendido, yo no pido un reembolso sino un bono para poder volar cuando pueda
