Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque el pasado dia 22/07/24 el vuelo FR3419, Mallorca-Otopeni, sufrió un retraso superior a las 3 horas. Segun los Tribunales Europeos, cuando el pasajero llegue al destino final tres o más horas después de la hora de llegada inicialmente prevista por la compañía aérea, tiene derecho a una compensación (de acuerdo con lo establecido en la sentencia de fecha 23 de Octubre de 2012, del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea C-581/10 y C-629/10. SOLICITO: Tras haber denegado RYANAIR mi derecho a compensacion por retraso de vuelo superior a 3 horas, la mediación de OCU para que actue en esta situacion donde RYANAIR no quiere asumir la responsabilidad que mandan los tribunales europeos. ADJUNTO: - email RYANAIR justificante pago billetes -recibo pago billetes -billetes -email RYANAIR disculpandose por el retraso -email SOLICITANDO a RYANAIR compensacion -email RESPUESTA de RYANAIR denegando compensacion Sin otro particular, atentamente.

In order to comply with EU261, Ryanair has provided the Article 14.2 notice when customers check in online.
