Por favor, explica brevemente el motivo de tu reclamación. Esta es la carta que escribí a Ryanair para hacer la reclamación:
ood morning, I would like to make a formal complaint. On Sunday 27th October I was travelling from London Stansted Airport to Riga. Booking No: DT1QVX. I/ we arrived at the airport and I asked where to check-in my luggage the quickest way as I can't be standing for long, as I have a disability. A lady told me to go to the machines. At the machine the first problem occurred, the labels for the 2 small 10kg luggage did NOT print out. I asked again a member of your stuff, and the young guy happened to be next to a colleague. They looked at each other smiling/laughing, and they told me to take my luggage to the gate and hand it over to the stuff, so that's what I/we did. At the time I thought that they were just having fun among themselves. But after what I am about to explain below, obviously the two guys were having fun at people, in this case, at me! I was scammed!!!! I passed security with a lot of effort and straggled, and finally arrived at the gate. At the gate, I went to speak to a member of your stuff and she was rude as hell. I explained the whole situation. I asked her to go first, and I tried to show her my disability card to which she specifically asked me NOT to. (Why not? I still do not understand it!) Do I need to have a sunflower lanyard for the blonde stewardess to help me, to be nice and helpful? I had my disability card with me. I went through priority but she made me wait the whole queue, and for my body was a lot, as I was in real pain. And also, I was charged £120 (£60 x 2) for my two pieces of 10 kg luggage that I was supposed to check in, and I had already paid. I have not ever felt more disabled and smaller in my entire life. Not only I would like to complaint about the blode stewardess who was working at Gate 50 on the flight 2642, but also I would like to claim my £120 back. Which I shouldn't have pay it at the time, as I was lied to, and mistreated. I am sending you a copy of the receipt and also a copy of my disable card.
