Hola , realicé un pedido de ropa el dia 29 de Octubre 2019, exactamente 4 prendas por un importe de 105,26€, no eran baratas. Despues de casi un mes llegaron tres de las cuatro prendas, Las prendas , estaban realizadas en tejidos de malisima calidad, descosidas y que se rompian al probarlas , deformadas y costuras torcidas. Contacte con Yivette por mail, para solicitar el abono, y la devolución, tardaron 15 dias en darme una respuesta, en la cual me informaban que devolver a China era muy caro y que tenia que reembolsar 120 dolares como deposito de aranceles, o si no me daban la opción de abonnarme el 25% del total de las prendas si me quedaba con ellas. Aún no estando de acuerdo con esta opción , fué la que elegí , las prendas las tiraria a ala basura . Acedí con dos de las tres prendas recibidas. Y recibí un abono de 14€, habiendo pagado 63.60€ , por dichas prendas. La tercera prenda la reclamé despues de que se me rompio en el primer uso, y ya nunca me han contestado, la cuarta prenda Vestido floral de 26.70 € , nunca lo he recibido. Reclamo el abono total del vestido, nunca recibido , y el abono total de la chaqueta amarilla que se rompió en el primer uso, por importe 26.01 € Me siento estafada, timada, y robada. Esta es la decima vez que les hago una reclamación por mail, les ruego por favor , una respuesta satisfactoria, por el contrario, lucharé por mis derechos como consumidora hasta conseguir que cierren su web. Estimado Yivette, cuantas veces me van a seguir mandandome el mismo correo , con las mismas preguntas , ya he enviado estos datos unas 10 veces. Pues aquí tienen una vez más los datos nº de Pedido : YV4473 fecha 29 Octubre 2019 Vestido Retro estampado Flor/S 26.70 € Este vestido nunca lo he recibido solocito el reembolso total. Abrigo casual mezcla algodón amarillo ref. SKU OUBM6C14 26,01 € Descosido en el primer uso, solicito reembolso total. Solicito total reembolso 52.71 €
