30/08/2023Asunto: Reclamación por Retraso de Vuelo y Consecuencias Generadas - Vuelo de Londres a Estambul el 18 de agosto de 2023Estimado equipo de Atención al Cliente de WIZZ AIR,Me dirijo a ustedes en relación al vuelo WIZZ AIR [ W95729] programado para el 18 de agosto de 2023, que tenía como ruta el trayecto de Londres a Estambul. Lamento informarles que dicho vuelo experimentó un retraso significativo, lo que resultó en inconvenientes y pérdidas considerables para nosotros, los pasajeros.Nombres de los Pasajeros:- Lucas Lluis Dato- Julia Beltra RayaNúmero de Vuelo: [Número de Vuelo]Fecha del Vuelo: 18 de agosto de 2023Hora Programada de Salida: 10:10 AMHora Real de Salida: 3:47 PMHora de Llegada: 9:49 PMLa duración del retraso de más de siete horas en la salida del vuelo tuvo un impacto negativo en nuestros planes de viaje. Como resultado directo de este retraso, enfrentamos las siguientes consecuencias:1. **Gastos Adicionales en Comida**: Debido a la demora prolongada en la salida del vuelo, nos vimos en la necesidad de adquirir alimentos dentro del aeropuerto para satisfacer nuestras necesidades básicas. Estos gastos adicionales no estaban contemplados en nuestro presupuesto de viaje y, por lo tanto, representaron un desembolso inesperado.2. **Pérdida de Tiempo en Destino**: La llegada tardía a Estambul significó que perdimos una cantidad considerable de tiempo que teníamos planeado disfrutar en nuestras vacaciones. Un día completo de nuestras valiosas vacaciones fue afectado por el retraso, lo cual es altamente frustrante y decepcionante.Entendemos que las circunstancias operativas pueden generar desafíos imprevistos. No obstante, según la normativa de derechos de los pasajeros aéreos, tenemos derecho a recibir compensación por las molestias y pérdidas ocasionadas por el retraso. Por lo tanto, solicitamos de manera formal una de las siguientes opciones:1. **Reembolso del Costo del Vuelo**: Dado el retraso considerable y las consecuencias que tuvimos que enfrentar, solicitamos un reembolso completo del costo del vuelo, de acuerdo con nuestras tarifas originales.2. **Compensación por Inconvenientes**: En su lugar, podríamos considerar una compensación monetaria como reconocimiento de los inconvenientes causados, de acuerdo con las regulaciones pertinentes y el tiempo de retraso.Le agradeceríamos que nos informen a la brevedad sobre la resolución de nuestra reclamación.
