Reclamación por incumplimiento de información y pérdida de vuelo .

Estimados/as señores/as: Tenía contratado un viaje en avión desde el aeropuerto de Málaga al de Casablanca, que tenía su salida a las 17:40 horas del día19 del mes de Agosto de 2025 por lo que la llegada normal a 18:36 debería haber tenido lugar a las 17:40 horas del día 19/08/2025. El importe total abonado por los billetes ascendió a 97.99euros. El retraso puede llegar a ser entendible, pero lo que es una auténtica vergüenza es que no me comunicásteis dicho retraso y he perdido el vuelo al no haber ninguna actualización en el tablero del aeropuerto (no disponéis de oficina allí ni contestáis las llamadas). Adjunto los siguientes documentos: TARJETA DE EMBARQUE Solicito se me abone en concepto de indemnización por los daños y perjuicios padecidos, la cantidad de 97.99€ Sin otro particular, atentamente.

Buenos días, Me habéis dado crédito para otro vuelo de vuestra compañía y encima solo la parte correspondiente a los impuestos del aeropuerto. QUIERO EL IMPORTE TOTAL DEL VUELO en forma de reembolso a mi cuenta bancaria, no crédito para otro vuelo de vuestra compañía.
