Saludos cordiales.Con fecha 29/12/2023 realicé la compra de un videojuego en la plataforma Gamivo. Para acceder a la oferta debía registrarme y hacer un pago suplementario. Llegué hasta ella a través de una página web de ofertas de videojuegos, por lo que nunca entendí que se tratara de una suscripción mensual. Cuando hice la compra recibí un correo para activarla. Con posterioridad, llegó la noticia de la suscripción SMART, a la que no presté atención por haberla confundido con un mero trámite de registro. Así pues, comprendo y asumo que se cobrara un suplemento por usar la plataforma. Lo que no está justificado en ningún caso es que se me hayan cobrado ocho pagos en fechas distintas, con la intención de ocultar esa tarifa. De hecho, he recibido mucha publicidad de Gamivo, pero nunca una notificación por cada uno de esos cargos, como deberían haber hecho legalmente. He presentado una reclamación a Gamivo, que fue atendida amablemente por el personal de atención al cliente. Al principio creí que se había atendido mi queja, pero luego he comprobado que solo me habían devuelto el último pago como una especie de deferencia, sin atender a mi derecho por que se cobrara una tarifa mensual cuidadosamente planeada para que no la detectara. A distintos clientes se les ha cargado una cantidad diferente. Pero a mí se me ha cobrado mucho más de lo que ahora se pide (solamente 0,99 euros + impuestos). En mi caso, nada menos que 4,79.En consecuencia, exijo que se devuelva todo lo cobrado, salvo la cantidad asociada a la compra del 29/12 y tarifa devuelta el 3/10/23. Son siete recibos (no notificados), dado que, al parecer, no se han cobrado los meses de abril y junio, por efecto de la misma arbitrariedad
