Dear Sir, I am writing to express my strong complaint about the extra charges involved in my recent car hire with you. After such bad service and actually getting the car half our late plus three international calls (because no one told me where the car was even I was asking two days before by email any way of contact with the person who was going to bring me the car) I am writing to you to ask for some refund on the amount I paid you. I took a service and was promised that someone would bring the car to me. Also that someone would pick it up. However, nobody was at the place with the car (as the contract say) because they left it a day before and left the keys some where (police office where nobody knew about it) after one hour there was no where to leave the keys and it felt really unsafe. This gave me a lost of stress. I call again to the office and they ask me to leave the key someone who was “safe”. The contract says that someone will pick up the car. In fact the day I did the booking, (you can check it in all emails as all information I’m giving now) someone was calling me back to ask me some extra money (35 euros more) because they said two people had to come to bring the car and two more and the moment to delivery. Really, this is not the service I booked and it did not go well. Therefore I am asking for a refund on the amount I paid you. I am sure you will understand my point of view.
