En calidad de pasajera MS767 con destino a Barcelona, el cual tuvo lugar el 26-02-2024. Quiero expresar mi preocupación y decepción debido al estado en el que se encontraba mi maleta al llegar a mi destino.Desafortunadamente, al recoger mi equipaje en la cinta transportadora, noté que mi maleta presentaba daños evidentes. abollada en una esquina , rozaduras de maltrato y una raja en otra esquina. Este incidente ha sido muy frustrante para mí, ya que confiaba en la aerolínea para cuidar adecuadamente mi equipaje durante el viaje.Adjunto a esta carta, encontrarán una copia de mi boleto de vuelo, así como fotografías que muestran claramente el estado en el que se encontraba mi maleta al llegar a mi destino. Estoy segura de que comprenderán la importancia de resolver esta situación de manera satisfactoria.Solicito amablemente que se me proporcione una compensación justa por los daños sufridos en mi maleta. Además, espero que se tomen medidas para prevenir incidentes similares en el futuro y que se mejoren los procedimientos de manejo de equipaje.Agradezco de antemano su atención a este asunto y espero una pronta respuesta. Quedo a la espera de sus comentarios y soluciones.Ya hice la reclamación en el plazo a la compañía aérea, y no he tenido respuesta.

I want to express my concern and disappointment due to the state of my suitcase upon arrival at my destination.Unfortunately, when picking up my luggage at the conveyor belt, I noticed that my suitcase had obvious damage. dented in one corner, scratches from abuse and a crack in another corner. This incident has been very frustrating for me as I trusted the airline to properly take care of my luggage during the trip.Attached to this letter, you will find a copy of my flight ticket, as well as photographs that clearly show the condition of my suitcase upon arrival at my destination. I am sure you will understand the importance of resolving this situation satisfactorily.I kindly request that I be provided with fair compensation for the damage to my suitcase.
