Observamos que los pasajeros no pudieron viajar debido a la enfermedad de uno de ellos.
Si bien comprendemos la condición del pasajero y la situación, lamentamos informarle que esta situación no se encuentra contemplada en el Artículo 10.5 de nuestras Condiciones Generales de Transporte, y que se aplicará la regla general del Artículo 10.
En concreto, de conformidad con el Artículo 10.1 de nuestras Condiciones Generales de Transporte, aceptado por el pasajero al comprar el billete, nuestros billetes no son reembolsables, según se indica a continuación:
Teniendo en cuenta todo lo anterior, le informamos que no podemos procesar la solicitud de reembolso.
Lamentamos sinceramente lo ocurrido y esperamos que esta información aclare el asunto.
