Hola, en el mes de diciembre exactamente el día 21, realizamos la entrega de un vehículo de alquiler que teníamos con esta empresa y sobre el día 7 más o menos de enero nos hacen unos cargos de 500€, 3 cargos osea un total de 1500€, tuvimos que dirigimos a la empresa ya que ellos no nos habian enviado ningun comunicado de que nos fueran a hacer estos cargos y es alli donde nos dicen que le causamos un daño a dicho vehículo, en el momento de la devolución el día 21 de Diciembre nos dijeron que estaba todo correcto y se nos emitió el documento de devolución de fianza, según ellos después realizaron otra inspección donde se vio dicho golpe pasados unos días encontre evidencia de que la furgoneta ya tenía dicho golpe, me remitieron varios email donde decían que no seguirían cola reclamacion y que no les constaba esos 3 cargos de 500€, les envié la evidencia fe los cargos y aun ni han devuelto el dinero y ya llevan 2 semana que no contestan mis mail.

Reclamacion 78031266 este es número de reclamacion que le han dado ustedes, en un principio dijeron que no tenían constancia de que se hubieran hecho estos cargos que necesitaban aportará evidencia hace más de 1 mes les envie los comprobantes del banco y dede ese momento no dan ninguna respuesta
