Quiero que se me dé de baja del servicio bunq y que no se me pase absolutamente nada y menos facturas que desconozco, no quiero ser clienta ni quiero tener absolutamente nada abierto con la entidad.Solicito baja de la misma y reembolso de factura que se ha pasado por la cuenta dejándola en negativo.

Here are the steps to do so:1. Go to your Profile in the bunq app.2. Select Plan.3. Tap on Close Account.4. Select Close my account.Please remember, if you have both a Business and a Personal account, you need to close them separately. Also, you can't close your account if you have more than Eur15 debt or if you have Dutch Switch Service active from another bank to bunq. However, you can do so if you have an active Switch Service from bunq to another bank.After closing your account, you can still login and see your account, export statements, switch user from the Profile, and reopen your account at any time. The aliases aren't released, so you can't sign up for a new bunq account with these same aliases. You'll no longer be paying monthly fees.If you want to permanently close your account, please reach out to us. However, we recommend against this option as you'll never be able to access your account again.Regarding your request for a refund of Eur17.99, you can request a refund directly from the bunq app. Here's how:1. Tap on 🏠 Home in your bunq app.2. Select the sub-account from which the payment was made.3. Select the payment for which you want a refund.4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.5. Tap on Request a Chargeback.6. Select the reason for this refund.7. Submit the requested information.8. Done 🎉You'll receive a push notification in the app once there's an update on your refund request. Please note that you have 120 days to request a refund for a particular event. After the 120 days pass, we won't be able to process the request technically.Lastly, bunq reserves the right to send you further marketing communication.
