First of all this is no my first complain to Vodafone in order to get out of a contract where the services provided are far from what was established.
Since I installed your services I been faced with constant issues without them being solved.
Every day I am faced with low download and upload speeds as well as high latency.
I have opened multiple tickets from your service that are always meet with same answer "the issue is solved and the ticket is closed".

As of the recent tickets some more information:
153998790 - Ticket was open because lost internet service at 03/03/2025 by 9PM and it only recovered the next morning. Technician was said to be sent but I never received any visit and the issue was just closed without any explanation. For this issue I lost more then 200 euros because I was not able to remote work during the night therefore I was not paid for it.
154196641 - During work hours my connection went bad and download and upload speeds were low as well a high latency which affected my connection to work tools. (screenshot of test on fast.com using wired cable connection).
I have tried multiple times to end the contract with your company (Vodafone) in which I am asked to pay a fine for leaving earlier.
I want to know at what point is this considered a breach of contract on your side. Because I have opened multiple tickets always when the issues are unbearable and I am meet with always the same answers saying the service is fine when it clearly is not. Besides the screenshot attached, there are multiple complains sent on support chat with multiple more screenshots of issues.
For all the issues I was compensated around 5 euros in one invoice. When in fact this issues caused me many more loses then what the 5 euro discount on the invoice cover.
I don't want to waste more time here. I'm done with Vodafone. I am complaining about your fine for leaving the contract that according to your agents will be applied. For me this fine is not correctly applied because it makes no sense that I get your service, always have issues with it, have professional and personal loses with it and it the end you are not providing the services agreed upon contract.
