Buenos dáis, El día 24 de noviembre de 2024, vi en Facebook una publicidad que hacía referencia a una oferta de desalojo de mochilas North Face por el coste de 1,95€, supuestamente realizada por Decathlon. El mensaje estaba acompañado de reseñas de otros usuarios de Facebook que afirmaban haber recibido el producto y que el coste se limitaba a los 1,95 € publicitados. No observé ningún tipo de letra pequeña en el anuncio ni en la página de pago, y procedí a pagar el importe de 1,95 € para recibir la mochila. Nunca recibí el producto y sin embargo, el día 25 de noviembre de 2024, recibí un cobro injustificado de 34,50 €. Días después, descubrí en la carpeta de correo no deseado cierta correspondencia proveniente del dominio singlecutiess.com, que nada tenía que ver con el anuncio original de la oferta de la mochila. Parece ser una página de encuentros online que nada tiene que ver con el tipo de publicidad / oferta que me había aparecido en Facebook. Al investigar en su página web, constaté que se trata de una empresa portuguesa, identificada como: PÁGINAS LOUVÁVEIS - UNIPESSOAL LDA Reg. number: 516676423 VAT: PT 516676423 Address: Edifício LACS, Rocha Conde d'Óbidos, Estrela, Lisboa, 1350 352, Portugal Phone number: +351 308 811 871 En su página web hay un apartado para solicitar reembolsos, y he tramitado el proceso de reembolso (REFUND) el día 6.12.24 dentro del plazo de 14 días que mencionan, aunque no tengo certeza de si recibiré el reembolso del importe correspondiente. Es evidente que el modus operandi de esta empresa no es ético y me parece muy similar a una estafa. Me gustaría solicitar su ayuda para saber cómo proceder en esta situación y para evitar que otros consumidores se vean afectados.
