Upon investigation, we noted that the airline initially informed us of the flight cancellation on 06.02.2025. Unfortunately, a technical issue prevented this specific email from being forwarded to you, and we sincerely apologize for this error.
However, we can confirm that the subsequent emails from 15.07.2025 and 25.07.2025 were successfully forwarded and delivered to the email address
alejandroginel2006@gmail.com. We also sent an additional email on 30.07.2025. Please find copies of all these emails attached for your reference.
This confirms that you were, in fact, informed about the flight cancellations, albeit with a slight delay from the initial airline notification. Furthermore, the ticket receipt indicates that you purchased the new flight only one day prior to the original departure date. Had you purchased the replacement ticket earlier, specifically on or around 15.07.2025, you would certainly have been able to secure a flight departing on 24.08.2025, thereby avoiding the additional cost and purchasing a cheaper ticket.
