No cumplen con las certificaciones UE

Hola Realicé dos pedidos de artículos a Temu. Requieren certificacion y etiquetado especifico para cumplir con los requerimientos de venta en el territorio UE. A pesar de solicitar la informacion en reiteradas ocasiones, la respuesta es que no saben, o que no tienen esa informacion. Solicito que esa informacion sea remitida lo antes posible. It is a certificate that the manufacturer or seller has to provide, explaining that the appropriate lab tests have been carried out on the product to comply with regulations: EN 71-3:2019 EN 14372:2004 +A1:2008 (UE) 10/2011 Reglamento REACH (CE) 1907/2006 I am asking for the results of those tests and the certificate of conformity from the seller.
