Material en mal estado y problemas con el reembolso

Estimados Dekkon: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque despúes de varios intentos para el reembolso del importe total de los taburetes que ústedes enviaron defectuosos, todavia no he recibido dicho reembolso. SOLICITO hagan el reembolso del importe de 78€ de los dos taburetes que ustedes envairon en mal estado y recojan los mismos. Sin otro particular, atentamente.

Hola luisa, Gracias por tu paciencia. Lamentamos que tu experiencia con el pedido no haya sido la esperada. Desde Dekkon aceptamos la devolución sin inconveniente. Una vez que recibamos la silla en nuestro almacén en su embalaje original y en buen estado, procederemos al reembolso total del importe abonado, incluidos los gastos de envío iniciales. En cuanto a la devolución, puedes decidir si prefieres que gestionemos nosotros la recogida (en cuyo caso te informaríamos del coste y lo descontaríamos del reembolso), o si deseas encargarte personalmente del envío de vuelta. En cualquiera de los dos casos, el gasto de devolución corre por tu cuenta, tal como se indica en nuestra política de devoluciones. Por favor, indícanos cómo deseas proceder para organizarlo cuanto antes. Quedamos atentos a tu respuesta. Despúes de varios intentos fallidos para que ustedes me deen respuesta, vuelvo a cursar mi queja a traves de la plataforma de la OCU. En cuanto a su respuesta yo como clientye no debo hacerme cargo del coste de la devolución por mensajeria en cuanto el producto viene en mal estado desde ústedes, con lo cual no es culpa mia que no este en condiciones los taburetes. La empresa debe asumir los costes del reembolso y no yo como clienta ya que su politica sobre devoluciones afecta al cliente si este no esta satisfecho con el material o no le gusta, no por un envio en mal estado del material. Tambien me gustaria saber como voy a cobrar ese reembolso, pues me dan poca confianza en poder recuperar mi dinero. Adjunto de nuevo imagenes y conversaciones para qu eles pueda quedar claro de una vez por todas que ústedes enviaron en mla estado los taburetes y que únicamente son ústedes quien deben hacerse cargo de los gastos de recogida y la devolución inmediata de los 78€.
