Estimados/as señores/as: Tenía contratado un viaje en avión desde el aeropuerto de VALENCIA al de BERLIN BRANDERBURGO, que tenía su salida a las 9:35 horas del día 21 del mes de JULIO de 2024 por lo que la llegada normal a BERLIN BRANDERBURGO debería haber tenido lugar a las 12:35 horas del día 21 de JULIO de 2024. Adjunto los siguientes documentos: BILLETE DE AVION. El vuelo sufrió un retraso de más de tres horas en la hora de llegada Y SALIO A LAS 13:15 con LLEGADA A LAS 16:05 SOLICITO. Además se produjo la siguiente situación, que copio y pego de otro correo que he escrito a a RYANAIR QUEJANDOME: Hello, I'm Manuel V.A, flight reference:WG22JR THE FLIGHT WAS SUPPOSED TO DEPART AT 9:30. IT END UP LEAVING 13:00. During this time of waiting inside the plain for over two hours, the power of the plain went constantly off several times. There was no AC or ventilation on, Its July 21 of of 2024 in Valencia, Spain, The temperature inside must have been nearly 40 degrees. I as profusely sweating and suffocating. I told the flight attendant I was gonna pass out from the heat. She asked me to wait. After another 30-40 minutes, I was just unable to remain in this flight anymore. I told her I wanted out. She threatened me with suing me, I quote : "If you make us open the doors now you'll get sued, you understand that?" I said I was gonna pass out. I needed out. She said then she'd talk to the captain. After threatening me a few more times she opened the door and let me out. I don't know how it is my fault a plain remains without air ventilation for two hours peak summer with unbearable temperatures and when I ask to get out of it they threatened me with suing me. I'd like a reply on this please. Thank you very much. En nombre de Ryanair, lamentamos sinceramente el retraso del vuelo FR139 de Valencia - VLC a Berlín - BER el 21/07/2024 se retrasó debido a las restricciones del espacio aéreo impuestas por los servicios de control de tráfico aéreo, fuera del control de Ryanair. Como este retraso estaba completamente fuera del control de Ryanair, lamentamos comunicar que no se debe ninguna compensación monetaria en virtud del Reglamento 261/2004 de la UE.
