Cobro abusivo por las medidas de la maleta de mano

Tuve un vuelo en el cual había pagado Prioridad y maleta de mano, y al llegar al embarque me cobraron porque mi maleta supuestamente no entraba en el medidor. La realidad es que la maleta tiene las medidas adecuadas y cabe perfectamente en el medidor. Reclamo el dinero que me han cobrado para despacharla.
