Estimados/as señores/as:  Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque he realizado una reserva para la fecha 28/09/24 al 30/09/24 al alojamiento BABUINO HOUSE (56 Via del Babuino, España, 00187 Roma, Italia) a través de la plataforma de Booking.com y el alojamiento ha cancelado la reserva sin motivo el 01/05/24 y sin devolvernos el importe de la misma. a través de la plataforma de Booking coordine el pago directamente con el hotel, y envié el justificante al email indicado en la página y escrito por mensaje del mismo al hotel cuando realice el pago de 477,74. SOLICITO el abono por parte de Booking.com del reembolso íntegro del dinero abonado al haberse realizado la reserva de un establecimiento fraudulento e inexistente a través de su plataforma, la cual se supone que tiene medidas de protección adecuadas y todos sus anuncios han sido previamente verificados. Sin otro particular, atentamente Necesito que booking se contacte conmigo, para que me brinde una solución ya que esta situación conlleva mucha tensión y estrés. y sino fuera así procederé legalmente. Good afternoon I attach documents for your review, if additional information is needed please inform me. In the complaint I inform that I booked the hotel because it was on the Booking platform, as you will appreciate I am a customer and by the confidence of my previous bookings I assumed that they have security measures and consumer protection, however “BAUBINO HOUSE (56 Via del Babuino, Spain, 00187 Rome, Italy )is a fraudulent and non-existent establishment. **When I made my reservation, a few days later they notified me that they would cancel my reservation because my card registered on the booking website was denied, I registered a second time a new card and they gave me the same thing, that if I did not resolve the payment in 24 hours my reservation was canceled, I receive an email with indications that my card has been rejected and another sms to make the payment through a link. I made the payment on 20/02 and sent the receipt for fear that they would cancel my reservation to the hotel's email that booking 4208796749-yjtp.rvhh.b8eb.rc3w@property.booking.com indicates (reservation 28-30 sep2024). In the month of July when I review all my reservations I have and I realize that this reservation 4208796749, is canceled and that the cancellation was made by the same hotel in the month of May, I could not believe it I called the hotel, to the phone numbers of reservations that indicated customer service and never got an answer. I need a solution, this whole situation has led me to a lot of tension, stress and not enjoying my family vacations. greetings yeni flores
