Users can top up and shop, skip top up or cancel the subscription at any time.In this case, the previously identified user placed an order on 11.01.2023, selecting the discounted prices, only available under registration in the VIP club. By accepting the conditions and policies established, the customer authorised such charges to be made to the account.It is important to highlight the following:- The user subscribed to the website accepting the established conditions.- By adhering to the services, the client accepts a recurring payment for the membership acquired.- Our users have the option to unsubscribe from the services at any time by following the instructions on the website and in each of the notifications sent.- The user was notified through the email registered in the user account before and after the recurring payment, through the available channels and was able to skip the payment or cancel the membership.We can confirm that the refund for all the transactions made on the user account representing the credit recharge and the cancellation fee have been issued in this case on 18.01.20223 after verifying that the order made by the user appears as cancelled and refunded on the same date.
