Dear Soft2Bet/Estolio Management,
The Online Casino Victims Alliance (OCVA) is an organization dedicated to protecting the rights of consumers who have been subject to abusive and illegal practices by unregulated online casinos. These platforms, operating outside any legal framework, exploit thousands of users each year with impunity. OCVA provides legal resources, guidance, and personalized support to end fraudulent practices, raise awareness of associated risks, and advocate for stricter industry regulations. With OCVA, players have a reliable ally in their pursuit of justice and fairness.
Today, we write on behalf of Mr. Louis Nicolas Daudignac, born August 14, 1993, in Les Lilas, France, residing at Carrer d’en Cortines, 8, 08003 Barcelona, and represented by his attorneys Maître Martin Pilar of DS Avocats et Associés, Barcelona, and Maître Antoine Vey of Vey et Associé, Paris.

Summary of Events:
After engaging with NovaJackpot, a casino affiliated with Soft2Bet/Estolio, Mr. Daudignac was denied the withdrawal of his winnings without valid justification. Customer support vaguely referenced “non-compliance” with rules without specifying any violated terms. Despite several communications from Mr. Daudignac’s attorney in Cyprus, NovaJackpot’s support offered a settlement comprising two payments of:
€400
€1800
These payments were contingent upon Mr. Daudignac’s commitment to refrain from public criticism of Soft2Bet/Estolio’s casinos and to avoid any chargeback claims with Mastercard and Visa services. Mr. Daudignac honored this agreement, signing the documents in September, and even retracted his prepared testimony for the French television program Zone Interdite on M6, along with withholding a YouTube video from his close associate Le roi des Rats (1,460,000 subscribers) detailing deceptive practices in your casinos.
However, after receiving €400, Mr. Daudignac received notice from his bank that the €1800 payment had been returned to the sender. Despite promptly contacting support and providing bank documentation, his tickets were automatically closed through the Zendesk application, and he has been met with silence.
For several months, OCVA has collaborated with Mr. Daudignac and his attorneys to resolve this matter amicably, avoiding a lengthy and potentially damaging legal dispute. We have compiled a comprehensive dossier exceeding 50 pages, which we will send by registered post in the coming days. This report highlights numerous violations of international fundamental laws by your casinos, including:
Illegal gambling activities in European territories where online gambling is strictly prohibited, despite the European Commission’s Recommendation 2014/478/EU, which mandates measures against abusive practices in online gambling.
Insufficient age verification that allows minors to participate due to inadequate identity checks during account creation, which contravenes the transparency and data protection requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Lack of transparency and fair commercial practices, in violation of the consumer protection standards set forth in the Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices.
Failure to uphold consumer rights in cases involving non-compliant services, as established by the Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which requires reimbursement and clear communication in such situations.
Our Goal:
Our primary objective is not to harm the reputation of Soft2Bet/Estolio but to ensure fair compensation and adherence to your commitments. Therefore, we seek an immediate settlement comprising:
Payment of the remaining €1800 owed to Mr. Louis Nicolas Daudignac as per your prior agreement.
Reimbursement of €1200 to cover Mr. Daudignac’s legal and administrative expenses incurred in seeking payment.
Payment of €500 in moral damages.
Despite our efforts to find a mutual resolution, neither Soft2Bet, Estolio Ltd, nor NovaJackpot has responded constructively. To avoid further damage to your image, we have refrained from publicizing our report. Unfortunately, it appears that no solution is forthcoming from your side.
In light of this, we are now initiating formal legal proceedings. Cabinet Antoine Vey (16 boulevard Raspail, 75007 Paris) will send the dossier to your respective addresses:
Soft2Bet: 4, Promitheos st., 1st floor, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus
Estolio Ltd: Viktoros Ougko 8, 2107 Nicosia, Cyprus
Should Soft2Bet and Estolio Ltd be willing to draft a new agreement, we recommend it include:
Payment of the remaining €1881 owed.
Reimbursement of the €1200 in legal fees.
A €500 payment for moral damages.
