Hola, el día 13/01/2020, realice un vuelo con esta compañía Santander- Budapest, al elegir los asientos específicamente elegí ventanilla. Una vez en el avión, resulta que mi asiento, el 11A, es el único de todo el avión que no tiene ventanilla.A la vuelta, el día 20/01/2020, volvió a ocurrir lo mismo con mi asiento. El 11A era el único sin ventanilla.Además, pague por dos Fast track (10€) que nunca disfrutamos, preguntamos dónde estaba y nunca nos dieron paso a ellos
