Problema con devolución/reembolso

Hola, pedí un bañador de la talla 40. Tengo un albarán para demostrarlo. Me llegó uno de la 34. En la propia factura indica que la talla está mal. Tras innumerables esfuerzos por contactar, al final decido seguir las instrucciones de devolución, corriendo yo con los gastos de envío, a pesar de no ser error mío. Llegó el 13/02/2020 a su destino, tal y como confirma el registro postal que poseo. Desde entonces, ni se me ha reembolsado ni se me contesta a mis mails. Empiezo a sospechar que me han estafado.
