Acusamos recibo de reclamación adjunta.
Confirmamos que el cliente siempre ha sido atendido dentro de las condiciones legales de garantía.
Adjuntamos visita realizada con diagnóstico: Funcionamiento correcto, y dar explicaciones de uso.
Como deferencia al cliente, aun no existiendo avería real, no se le cobra la visita.
