Problema con la sustitución/reparación frigorífico

Estimados/as señores/as: En fecha 5/10/2023 adquirí en su  establecimiento el FRIGORIFICO B5RCNE406HXB BEKO Adjunto los siguientes documentos: Factura El producto ha resultado defectuoso durante el plazo legal de la garantía, ya que ha fallado en fecha 30/6/2025. Se ha solicitado al servicio técnico la reparación y/o sustitución del mismo en fecha 1/7/2025. Tras más de 3 semanas de espera, la empresa no ha solucionado el problema y sigo sin frigorífico. El uso que se ha hecho ha sido absolutamente adecuado y conforme al esperado y, el daño o defecto producido, ha tenido lugar en el plazo legal de garantía previsto. Solicito que procedan a sustituir el producto, en el plazo más breve posible. Sin otro particular, atentamente. Recuerda no incluir ningún dato personal o sensible, ni tuyo ni de un tercero, como puede ser nombre, apellidos, DNI, número de teléfono, dirección postal, cuenta y tarjeta bancaria, email…
