VUELO DESVIADO

Hola, el pasado 07/10/2023 realicé el trayecto con la compañía Ryanair con origen Valencia (hora de salida 06:05) y destino Estocolmo-Arlanda (hora de llegada 09:55) y el vuelo fue desviado al aeropuerto de Gotemburgo (hora de aterrizaje 10:41). Al aterrizar, desde la compañía, me indicaron que estaban organizando el transporte para llevarme a mi destino original y 1 hora y 11 min más tarde me avisan que, debido a la baja disponibilidad de autobuses, tengo que reservar por mi cuenta el transporte, que guarde el ticket puesto que se harán cargo de los gastos.Me han mandado un link en el que se puede reclamar, pero sigo todos los pasos y me aparece un aviso de que no puedo mandar la reclamación porque mi vuelo no cumple los requisitos del retraso.Solicito la devolución del dinero del autobús que tuve que contratar desde el aeropuerto de Gotemburgo hasta la ciudad de Estocolmo (61,99€) y el autobús que tenía contratado desde el aeropuerto de Estocolmo hasta la ciudad de Estocolmo con valor de 17,56€.
