Acusamos recibo a través de OCU,
Lamentamos el retraso de su vuelo FR7372 de Valencia - VLC a Palma de Mallorca - PMI el 08/08/2024.
Como resolución final y definitiva de la reclamación, nos gustaría confirmar que una transferencia bancaria por importe de 250 EUR por pasajero ha sido autorizada por Ryanair en base el Reglamento EU 261/2004.
Para proceder al pago, le rogamos que nos facilite sus datos bancarios.
