Vale liquidación

Hola, Hace unos años Ryanair cancelo mi vuelo sin aviso previo.Me han envido un vale de liquidación por valor de 250€ para utilizar en otro vuelo pero no quiero esta solución y no me ofrecen alternativa. Llevo meses intentando que me ayuden sin exito. He intentado por teléfono y nadie responde.

En ningún momento acepté la compensación en forma de voucher. Recibí vuestro voucher sin haber solicitado ese tipo de compensacion. Según la EU/261 tengo derecho a elegir la forma en la que me con pensáis la cancelación del vuelo, y es en forma de reembolso íntegro.Es la primera vez que obtengo respuesta de ryanair en 2 años, y ha tenido que ser a través de la OCU. Exijo que se me reembolse la cantidad que marca la EU/261 cuanto antes.

Este vale de liquidación es muy fácil de usar y puede:- Canjearlo INMEDIATAMENTE por futuros vuelos en Ryanair.com o en la aplicación móvil de Ryanair.- O cobrarlo en efectivo a partir de los 12 meses desde su fecha de emisión."La segunda opción, indica cobrarlo en efectivo aunque ahora me dicen que no tengo esta opción. De nuevo y de acuerdo a la La semana pasada tuve la oportunidad de hablar con su service desk en Dublin (a través de una persona llamada Ola) que me indico un nuevo correo donde reclamar. De nuevo, nadie da soluciones a nada y solo tratan de pasarse el problema unos a otros hasta agotar al cliente.
