Goldcar charged me €300 for a very minor 3 cm scratch on the rental vehicle. No staff member was present at drop‑off to verify the car’s condition, so I could not confirm whether the scratch occurred during my rental. The mark shown in Goldcar’s photos is superficial and does not justify such a high fee. Despite multiple emails requesting clarification, a repair invoice, or a cost breakdown, Goldcar has not provided any justification for the amount charged. I believe the fee is excessive, lacks transparency, and was applied without proper verification. I am requesting ECC-Net’s assistance in obtaining a fair and proportionate resolution.
