Dear Customer Service, I Aline Montejane Motta am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent charge applied for bringing a backpack on board during my recent flight on 30-10-24 from Malta to Madrid , Flight number : FR6088 with booking reference SI3PHB. As a frequent traveler, I have always considered a backpack to be within the allowable personal item, especially as it was within the size and weight restrictions stated in your policy. However, I was surprised to find an additional charge applied solely for carrying a backpack as The lady did not wait to check as I was the last passenger to get on board. She just choose a randon person to be charged as I feel this charge was unnecessary and not in line with fair travel practices, especially considering that similar items are often permitted as personal items without additional cost by other airlines. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter, as I believe the charge was unjustified. Kindly let me know if there is any possibility of a refund or credit due to this issue, or if there is any specific reasoning behind this charge that I might have overlooked. I've traveled with this backpack on Ryanair before and this is the first time they've charged me 60 euros for the return flight. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
