Transfer al aeropuerto no acude a recoger

Reservamos mediante la aplicacion RYANAIR un transfer desde nuestro alojamiento al aeropuerto de beauvais para voger el vuelo FR4402 el dia 10/12/22 a las 6:30Tras esperar 15 min y ver que nadie nos contactaba, llamamos al numero del transfer que nos indicaban en la pagina, el señor nos dijo que estaba en el aeropuerto esperándonos( punto de destino, no de recogida) y nos dijo que iba a comprobarlo, pasados 10 minutos seguimos sin informacion del conductor y no nos cogia el telefono, llamamos a los telefonos de contacto de informacion que nos ponia en el voucher pero salian que habian cambiado. Por lo cual nos vimos en la obligacion de coger otro transporte (taxi) de forma urgente para llegar al aeropuerto.La reserva no ha sido ni si quiera cancelada por el conductor y actualmente nosotros no podemos cancelarla por no ser con 24h antelacion, ademas debido a la urgencia del proceso ( perderiamos el vuelo) , el transfer que hemos cogido para poder llegar tiene un precio superior.Por ello solicito la devolucion de la reserva del transfer contratado con vosotros, junto con la diferencia del precio del transfer que hemos tenido que coger.Gracias
