Hello, I placed order to claim the way of treating customers by renfe ave stuff was ilegal and unfair. May 31st at 20:40, the person who sat next to me asked to change the seat with his wife, however I had a over 30 kg heavy stuff with me placing it in front of myself between the front seat and myself then I told I cannot change the seat, he got angry and blamed me in front of everyone since I don’t speak Spanish, he told the person who is sitting in front, I am selfish and stupid because I don’t change the seat with his wife. After one hour, he called the renfe security ( it was a lady first ) and said he cannot go through the seat, so ask her to move it. He could ask it to me directly, but he didn’t satisfy so he called the stuff. I told the stuff is very heavy and it is over 30kg so I need a help to move, but no one was helping to move it. The security woman called the male security to screamed and yelled at me in front of everyone to move the stuff. I didn’t understand the language and I said I need a help to move, but they asked me to move by myself alone. This was all happened because the man who was sitting was Spanish and he was not satisfied with my decision I didn’t change the seat for his wife. If he wanted to seat with his wife, he should have gotten the seat with her when he had bought a ticket. Also people didn’t ask the situation and only believed one side of story who speak the same language with them is unfair. I had gotten off at the station and the renfe staff came until the door following me around like I’m not paid and riding on the train. I’ve used a couple of times renfe service, but I will never use their service again. I would like to ask some refund from renfe.
