Dear FLEX,
On 15 September 2025, I purchased SEAT Ateca (registration 2559 KWN) through FlexiCar branch and website.
More than 53 days have passed since the stipulated delivery period, and despite several communications, the vehicle has not been delivered in proper condition, nor have I received a satisfactory explanation for the ongoing delay. The car was initially delivered on 24 October 2025, but it presented serious mechanical, structural, wrong mileage, and contractual non-conformities. Since then, it has remained at FlexiCar Vigo – A Paz for unresolved repairs.
I am no longer interested in proceeding with this purchase under these circumstances.
I REQUEST the termination of the sales contract and the refund of the full amount paid, as well as compensation for financial and non-financial damages caused by the prolonged delay and lack of proper delivery.
