Tarjeta regalo no funciona

Recibí una tarjeta regalo de Ryanair por valor de 600€. Al tratar de canjear esta tarjeta regalo durante el proceso de pago de unos billetes de avión se indica: La persona cuyo nombre aparece en la tarjeta regalo, en el vale de viaje o en el reembolso debe estar incluida como pasajero en esta reserva a pesar de que el nombre de la tarjeta y del pasajero coinciden exactamente.Para tratar de resolver este problema, el 5 de septiembre interpuse una reclamación en el servicio de atención al cliente de Ryanair. Tras casi 3 meses y más de 20 llamadas a atención al cliente, han sido incapaces de resolver este problema, proporcionarme una solución, una nueva tarjeta regalo que funcione o un rembolso.Como consecuencia, he tenido que abonar el precio de los vuelos sin poder utilizar la tarjeta regalo.Por tanto solicito:- Una nueva tarjeta regalo que funcione y pueda ser utilizada, el reembolso de los vuelos comprados desde que se inició la reclamación el 5 de septiembre y que este importe se descuente del crédito de dicha tarjeta.- En caso de que esto no sea posible, el reembolso íntegro del valor de la tarjeta regalo (600€).

Estimado señor/señora,Creo que resulta evidente que si el bono hubiese estado operativo en la fecha que ustedes indican en la respuesta, no hubiese sido necesario interponer una reclamación el 5 de septiembre, ni se hubiese escalado la misma un mes después. Tampoco se hubiese realizado un número ingente de llamadas a vuestro servicio de "atención" al cliente, para solicitar una actualización sobre el estado de la incidencia.También es evidente que si la incidencia se hubiese resuelto en una de las múltiples llamadas anteriores al 14 de noviembre, el bono se hubiese empleado para comprar los vuelos (TDMJYP) de los que se solicita el reembolso.Lo que también es evidente es que el citado bono sigue sin funcionar a día de hoy, y adjunto un documento que prueba que no se puede utilizar, habiéndose probado múltiples combinaciones con mi nombre y apellidos (siguiendo los consejos de vuestro servicio de asistencia). Como pueden ver en el documento adjunto (con imágenes capturadas a fecha 03/02/2023) al introducir el código del bono, la aplicación indica que el titular del bono no está incluido en el pasaje cuando evidentemente si que lo está.Resulta indignante continuar aportando pruebas de que el bono no funciona más de 5 meses después de la primera incidencia, cuando aparentemente es un incidente sencillo de resolver emitiendo un nuevo bono, sin que ello cause ninguna pérdida económica a RYANAIR. No es inconcebible que RYANAIR tenga retenidos 600€ que me pertenecen y que no se pueden utilizar.Con las pruebas aportadas ruego que reconsideren su respuesta y solicito:- Una nueva tarjeta regalo que SI funcione y pueda ser utilizada, por valor de 166.98€ y el reembolso de los vuelos comprados con número de reserva TDMJYP (433.02€).- En caso de que esto no sea posible, el reembolso íntegro del valor de la tarjeta regalo (600€).Ruego respondan a la mayor brevedad posible, o me veré obligado a emprender acciones legales para resolver este problema.Miguel Rico Cortés

Esta respuesta genérica no responde a mi problema, cosa que sabrían si se hubieran detenido a evaluar la información aportada en repetidas ocasiones.La reclamación a través de un sistema de Resolución Alternativa de Conflictos (ADR) solicita unos datos de vuelo (número, fecha, aeropuerto de destino...) de los que no dispongo ya que mi problema no está relacionado con un vuelo en sí, si no con un servicio proporcionado por Ryanair como es un vale regalo.La realidad es que dispongo de un vale regalo a mi nombre y que coincide con los datos del pasajero, pero aun así el sistema da error durante el proceso de compra.Entiendo que el reembolso del vale regalo no está recogido en los Términos y Condiciones del mismo, pero habiéndose aportado pruebas del no funcionamiento de dicho vale regalo y dado que Ryanair no ha sido capaz de proporcionar una solución alternativa o un vale utilizable en más de 3 meses, me parece justo solicitar el reembolso de los vuelos que he tenido que abonar yo mismo y la emisión de un nuevo vale por el importe restante.Ruego respondan a la mayor brevedad posible.Atentamente,Miguel Rico Cortes
