En relación con el cargo de 75 € por su equipaje, nos gustaría aclarar lo siguiente:
En el momento del control del equipaje, nuestro personal se encontró con una maleta que excedía las dimensiones máximas permitidas para el equipaje de mano (55x40x20 cm).
La política de equipaje de Ryanair se aplica estrictamente para garantizar la seguridad y comodidad de todos los pasajeros. El cargo adicional de 75 € es la tarifa estándar aplicada para el equipaje que excede las dimensiones permitidas, tal como se comunica en nuestros términos y condiciones.
El cargo se aplicó después de informarle y el pago se realizó voluntariamente para permitir que su equipaje embarcara.
