Solicitud de devolución del importe de las entradas por cambio de recinto – Big Sound Valencia 2026

A la atención de la Organización de Consumidores y Usuarios (OCU): Por la presente, deseo presentar una reclamación formal en relación con el festival Big Sound Valencia 2026, para el cual adquirí entradas en fecha correspondiente. Tras la compra, la organización del evento ha anunciado un cambio de recinto, alterando de manera sustancial las condiciones bajo las cuales se realizó la contratación. El recinto original fue un elemento determinante en mi decisión de compra, tanto por su ubicación como por las características logísticas y de aforo. El cambio comunicado supone una modificación significativa del servicio contratado, lo que, conforme a la normativa de defensa de consumidores y usuarios, me otorga el derecho a solicitar la devolución íntegra del importe abonado. He intentado gestionar esta devolución directamente con la organización del festival, pero no he obtenido una solución satisfactoria. Por ello, solicito la intervención de la OCU para que se garantice mi derecho a recibir el reembolso completo de mis entradas. Agradezco de antemano su atención y quedo a la espera de una respuesta.
