Solicito respuesta y restitución de maleta

Hola, realice un pedido número arriba indicado y les escribe con una incidencia que tuve con el Pedido, me respondieron, yo volví a responder pidiendo que me indicaran como sería la devolución ( si ustedes se hacen cargo del envío ya que han enviado un producto con taras y descripción incorrecta y cuánto serían el importe a devolver. Se han enviado dos mails y no he recibido respuesta. No sé si están dejando que pase el tiempo de devolución o no les interesa contestarme. Me han enviado un producto defectuoso y con la descripción del producto erronea, ( algo gravísimo )y no asumen que lo han hecho mal. Según ustedes su política no les permite restituirme el artículo. Yo no he comprado un producto para devolver si este hubiera correcto. Son ustedes los que han hecho una descripción del producto incorrecta y encima usado, marcado y roto por dentro, una vez que lo hemos examinado bien ( enganche roto y cremallera del bolsillo sin rematarlo) este artículo ya era defectuoso cuando la empresa lo envió. Con ustedes por mis compras, veo que si todo está bien compra perfecta, pero si ustedes envían algo defectuoso ( no que yo quiera devolverlo por algún motivos)DEFECTUOSO Y DESCRIPCIÓN ERRÓNEA EN LA PÁGINA.
