SIN LINEA FIJA NI LINEA DE INTERNET

QUE SOY CLIENTE DE TELECLABLE Y DESDE EL PASADO 14 DE FEBRERO DE 2025 ESTOY SUFRIENDO UNA INTERRUPCIÓN TOTAL DEL SERVICIO DE INTERNET Y TELEFONÍA FIJA EN MI DOMICILIO. COMO PERSONAS MAYORES QUE SOMOS TANTO MI MARIDO COMO YO, NOS ESTAMOS SINTIENDO DISCRIMINADOS YA QUE NOS SE NOS HA BRINDADO EL MISMO NIVEL DE ATENCIÓN, EMPATÍA NI RAPIDEZ EN LA RESOLUCIÓN DEL PROBLEMA, A DIFERENCIA DE LO QUE OBSERVAMOS CON OTROS USUARIOS (LOS VECINOS AFACTADOS POR LA MISMA INCIDENCIA, LA CAÍDA DE UN POSTE). ESTA SITUACIÓN NO SOLO NOS AFECTA TÉCNICAMENTE, SINO TAMBIÉN EMOCIONALMENTE, YA QUE NECESITAMOS ESTOS SERVICIOS PARA MANTENERNOS CONECTADOS CON NUSTRSO FAMILIARERS, ETC . HE CONTACTADO EN MULTIPLES OCASIONES CON EL SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN ALCLIENTE, PERO A DÍA DE HOY LA INCIDENCIA SIGUE SIN RESOLVERSE, Y NO HE RECIBIDO SOLUCIÓN NI COMPENSACIÓN ALGUNA POR PARTE DE LA COMPAÑIA. HAN TRANSCURRIDO 6 MESES SIN SERVCIO, LO CUAL CONSIDERO INADMISIBLE. ADEMÁS, HE SEGUIDO ABONANDO MIS FACTURAS MENSUALES SIN RECIBIR LOS SERVICIOS CONTRATADOS. POR TODO ELLO, SOLICITO QUE TOME LAS MEDIDAS OPORTUNAS PARA INSTAR ALA OPERADORA A RESTABLECER EL SERVICIO DE FORMA INMEDIATA Y COMPENSAR ECONOMICAMENTE ELTIEMPO SIN SERVICIO CONFORME A LA NORMATIVA VIGENTE.
