Thank you for reaching out on behalf of Damian de Dios Guerra regarding booking number 3165977.
Please allow me to clarify the situation from our end.
At Check-In:
The customer completed a Vehicle Validation Form after inspecting the vehicle. By signing this form, they confirmed that they had checked the vehicle and accepted it in the condition it was presented. A copy of this form is attached below for your reference.
Issues During the Trip:
While the customer did face some issues during their trip and reached out to us, we provided assistance in every way possible and helped them to the best of our ability.
We also advised the customer to visit the depot so that our team could properly address and resolve the issues. Unfortunately, the customer declined this offer. As a result of their own decision, the issues remained unresolved.
Goodwill Gesture:
Despite the above, as a goodwill gesture we have provided the customer with a refund of €37.82 for the inconvenience caused.
Conclusion:
The customer completed the Vehicle Validation Form, confirming acceptance of the vehicle's condition at check-in.
We offered depot repairs, which the customer refused.
Accordingly, this case is now
closed from our end.
