SE NIEGAN A DEVOLVER BILLETE POR FALLECIMIENTO

Realice una compra de billete pero por fallecimiento de este familiar no haremos el viaje. Fallecio el 11/11/2023 y el viaje es para el 23/01/2024. Argumentan que existen menos de 24 dias antes de la salida del avion y no me parece logico cuando las causas son ajenas a nuestra voluntad.
