My case has been wrongly resolved. The listing stated that the watch “only needed a battery change” and after replacing it, the watch does NOT work because the crown is broken. This is deception and fraud, the item does NOT match the description and is NOT fit for use.
I demand that the case be reopened and my money refunded. If not, I will file an official complaint with Consumer Protection and ECC-Net for lack of buyer protection.
