Safety concerns

Hi, I have submitted previously claim and submitted hojas de reclamationes. My new suv volvo has ongoing technical issues such as switching on highway, air con completely broke down causing other issues, belt burnt on its own, gearbox failure. I have now saw another customer with same issues (see file screenshot) This is serious safety issues and seems to be pattern with volvo car. According to them this is normal tear and wear. Please investigate
