Rotura doble de rodilla: negativa rembolso Ryanair

Buenos dias,He sufrido una doble rotura de rodilla y aunque en las condiciones generales de ryanair esto esta considerado como una enfermedad grave que da derecho a la anulacion y rembolso del billete, la compañia se niega a proceder con el cumplimiento de esta norma

Buenos dias y gracias por su respuestaDesgraciadamente debe haber un error ya que en las condiciones generales de transporte ustedes mismos consideran la rotura de rodilla como una causa para la anulacion y rembolso del viaje. Por lo tanto no duden en pedirme el documento que crean necesario a fin de proceder con la anulacion y rembolso del viaje.No se trata de cambiar la fecha, la rodilla esta rota, no puedo desplazarme .......Aguardo su ayuda AtentamenteJudith
