Retraso vuelo 4h

Buenas noches,Ayer día 31 de marzo 2024, tenía un vuelo Valencia-Palermo en principio el vuelo era a las 18.00h, a última hora lo han cambiado a las 19.50h. Una vez abierto el embarque nos hicieron subir en el avión a las 19.30h en el cual nos han dejado encerrado allí sin agua y sin comida ya que se negaron hasta las 22.00h. Ha sido un secuestro literalmente de persona , más de 3h sentados y encerrados en el avión sin aire. Quiero el reembolso de los gastos más los daños causados ya que he tenido que coger un taxy vista la hora .

Quiero el reembolso de los gastos más los daños causados ya que he tenido que coger un taxy vista la hora de llegada . Llevo varios días intentado ponerme en contacto para obtener informaciones mediante el chat de Ryanair, y los empleados han sido muy maleducados. Adjuntaré las capturas de pantallas y quiero poner una denuncia hacia ellos también . Encima dudando lo que había hecho. Al día de hoy han pasado los días ( 5-7)días laborables y no he recibido nada. Llevo más de un mes esperando la compensación de 250€, he vuelto a facilitar los datos. Si esta semana no recibo mi compensación, procederé por vías legales ya que tengo pruebas de correos y chat con operadores Ryanair.Saludos
