retraso en vuelo

Estimados/as señores/as: Tenía contratado un viaje en avión desde el aeropuerto de Stanted en Londres al de Málaga, que tenía su salida a las 21:15 horas del día 12 del mes de Julio de 2024 por lo que la llegada normal a Málaga debería haber tenido lugar a las 01:10 horas del día 13 del mes de Julio de 2024. Adjunto los siguientes documentos: tarjetas de embarque Nº de pasajeros: 5 El vuelo sufrió un retraso de más de tres horas en la hora de llegada. Asimismo, no se dio la asistencia gratuita a la que se tiene derecho y tuve que pagar los gastos de los cuales adjunto facturas SOLICITO la compensación económica que corresponde conforme a la legislación europea más los gastos abonados motivados por el retraso. Buenos días, desde que ocurrió todo esto creo que ya ha pasado tiempo suficiente para recibir la transferencia, si no recibo respuesta y el dinero esta semana procederé a demandar y pedir compensaciones por el tiempo, creo que la paciencia se agota, un saludo.
