Retraso en enviar la confirmación de mis tickets de vuelo

Hola, realicé una compra en la página web de Fly Go Voyager de dos vuelos de ida y vuelta Málaga-París, París-Málaga con la compañía Vueling y me cobraron pero no recibí ningún correo, solo uno diciendo que el proceso tardará más de lo esperado. Ya han pasado casi tres días y sigue en curso. Necesito saber si mis vuelos pueden ser confirmados, por favor. Muchas gracias de antemano.
