I bought a ticket for 12:30. they were 20 minutes late. When we went in they had sold more tickets than there were seats. I asked for my refund and they said they couldn't because it was purchased online. the next bus would come at 13:00 but it is late. I'm going to lose my ticket to the Coliseo
