Así mismo, en caso de cancelación/retraso/desvío, la aerolínea deberá proporcionar a cada uno de los pasajeros afectados un impreso en el que se indiquen las normas en materia de compensación y asistencia.Para cumplir con nuestras obligaciones, Ryanair informa de sus derechos a los pasajeros al realizar la facturación online, dándoles la oportunidad de revisar y acceder a dicha información antes de su vuelo.Entendemos que la situación que ha experimentado ha sido decepcionante, y lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que haya surgido en relación con su experiencia en el aeropuerto.
